ARCHOS to unveil Diamond Note 2 at MWC

TodayARCHOSformally announced that they would be unveiling a new addition to their Diamond line at the Mobile World Conference. In their words, they believe this new device will “shake up the mobile market.” Whether or not the Diamond Note 2 lives up to those high ambitions is yet to be determined, but we are seeing some pretty sexy specs for a phone that retails at £249.
The ARCHOS Diamond Note 2 has a 6-inch LCD display and is powered by a 4G octo-core Helio X10 CPU from MediaTek. You’ll get 32GB of internal storage, 3GB of RAM, and fast-charge capabilities that let you achieve an 80% charge on its 3610 mAh battery after just 45 minutes of charging. The main camera is 16MP and supports 4K video recording, and the selfie-snapper is a wide-angle 8MP camera. The Diamond Note 2 will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow right out of the box, which means its fingerprint sensor is natively supported.
