Deal: Save up to $40 off the new Fire TV with 4K HDR playback

June 03, 2025

Earlier this week, Amazon took the wraps off its newestEchoandFire TVdevices. The newest additions to Amazon’s hardware lineup include the Fire TV dongle, which supports 4K HDR playback at 60 frames-per-second and has Alexa built-in. Even though the new hardware was just announced, Amazon is already laying some pretty nice discounts on both the new and old versions when you pick them up in a bundle. Here’s how it shakes out:

The first two deals are both pre-orders bundles and will ship October 25. The third bundle, the Fire TV Stick + Echo dot, can be purchased now and will arrive in a couple days with Prime shipping.

If you’re going for a truly hands-free television experience, the Echo Dot bundles are right up your alley. The newer Fire TV can support 4K content whereas the older, cheaper version supports up to 1080p content. Regardless of which version you pick, you can pair it with your new Echo Dot and command your television with just your voice. It’s a pretty cool integration.

If you have a Prime membership, the bundles will give you access to specials likeThursday Night Football, a ton of Amazon Original Series, and ad-free listening to millions of songs on Prime Music. All of these bundles will get you Amazon’s personal assistant, Alexa, too.
