Here are all the rumored Pixel 6 prices in various currencies

Tomorrow is finally the big day: the official launch of the Google Pixel 6 series! While we’ve known what the phones look like for some time now, we haven’t had much of a grip on how much they will cost you. Over the past few days, though, last-minute rumors have started to fill in those gaps.

Here, we’re going to give you the most recent information on the Google Pixel 6 price in three different currencies: US dollars, pound sterling, and euros. While these prices come from reliable sources and seem accurate to us, they are still leaks. Don’t take this as a given quite yet, as nothing is set in stone until Google launches the phones tomorrow.
If you want to get an idea of what you’ll spend on a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro, though, let’s get down to it.
Google Pixel 6 price around the world
When it comes toUnited States dollars, the Google Pixel 6 price isallegedly$599. That would be for the entry-level model with what we assume to be 128GB of internal storage. The Pixel 6 Pro, however, could come in at a much higher price of $899. Theoretically, that would also be a 128GB model. This information comes from leaked Target listings which appear to be genuine.
If you’re looking to buy inpound sterlingacross the United Kingdom, unfortunately, we do not have reliable info for the vanilla Pixel 6 yet. However, we do have quite reliable info on the Google Pixel 6 Pro. According toa leak through Amazon, the Pixel 6 Pro could cost £849 (~$1,166) for the 128GB version and £949 (~$1,303) for the 256GB model. Judging from the US leak, it’s reasonable to assume the vanilla Google Pixel 6 price could be £549 (~$754) in the UK.
Finally, if you’re buying ineuros, the 128GB Google Pixel 6 could set you back €649 (~$753). The 128GB Pixel 6 Pro, meanwhile, could set you back €899 (~$1,043). Please note these prices come froma leaked French listing. In France, by law, smartphones need to come with a charger and headphones in the box, so pricing in France could be different than the rest of Europe. Still, those prices should be a good enough approximation.
What do these leaked prices tell us?
Each leak of the Google Pixel 6 price listed above tells the same story: Google is trying to undercut competitors significantly. With the hardware and software features a Pixel 6 offers, it would likely directly compete with aniPhone 13orSamsung Galaxy S21. Those two phones, though, are each at least $100 more than the rumored price for a Pixel 6.
Likewise, the Pixel 6 Pro specs are at the same level as an iPhone 13 Pro or Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus, but going for significantly less.

If this all ends up being accurate (or even close to accurate), the Pixel 6 series could be an easy sell. Shop clerks during the busy holiday season would find it easy to tell buyers that they could get a Samsung or Apple phone, sure — or they could save $100 and get the Google equivalent instead.
It’s very possible Google would end up losing money on these phones if the Google Pixel 6 price proves to be correct. However, the use of its own Tensor chip may have slashed costs enough to still make a profit. We’re skeptical, though. It’s reasonable to assume Google is resolved to push these phones harder than any other phone it’s released — even if it loses money doing so.
