Here is when Android 10 is coming to the OnePlus 6/6T and OnePlus 5/5T (Updated)

Update, August 16, 2025 (10:10 AM ET):After revealing its Android 10 update plans on stage during the launch of theOnePlus 7T Pro, OnePlus decided to clarify its remarks a bit. In a post onits official community forums, Oxygen OS lead Manu J. gave some more specifics about the Android 10 rollout and when people can expect it.
In the original article below, we said that Android 10 would come to the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T by the end of this month. However, that was just for a beta release, apparently, with the stable rollout coming in November instead.

Notably, the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro Android 10 update is still listed as “in process,” even though that processstarted in September. Although OnePlus still hasn’t directly confirmed as much, the rollout must have been halted as there isno way it should be taking this long.
Original article, June 16, 2025 (11:39 AM ET):Android 10officially landed on September 3, 2o19. OnePlus had a beta rollout of Android 10 for theOnePlus 7andOnePlus 7 Proon that same day and rolled out a stable version for those two devices only days later.

Now, while on stagelaunching the OnePlus 7T Proin London, OnePlus announced when you can expect Android 10 to arrive on older smartphones.
Every OnePlus device from theOnePlus 5forward will get a stable version of Android 10. Newer devices will need to wait quite a while to get it, but it will come.
Here’s when to expect Android 10 on your OnePlus device:
Unfortunately, theOnePlus 3andOnePlus 3Twill no longer receive Android updates, although the 3T did getAndroid 9 Pielast year, so OnePlus kept that one up-to-date for longer than expected.
