Repair costs for Galaxy S10 are highest ever, still lower than iPhone X

However, the repair prices for the latest batch of Apple iPhones are almost universally worse, especially when it comes to the back panel:
It should be mentioned that both Apple and Samsung offer protection plans to help consumers avoid these repair costs by fixing anything for a $99 deductible. Apple Care covers all manners of phone issues and costs $9.99 per month, while Samsung Premium Care does the same but costs $11.99 per month. So, in a sense, Apple is undercutting Samsung in this regard.
Still, those are some expensive repairs. It really shows the incentive of keeping your smartphone in a protective case.
