Report: Possible Galaxy Note 7 European pricing (and it’s a very pretty penny, indeed)
July 10, 2025
The summer is gradually passing by, and so to with it the days that countdown untilthe rumored August 2nd unveilingof Samsung’s next Note. The device – which is looking likely to belabeled as the Galaxy Note 7in an effort to synchronize with the S-series – has been leaked in several different forms, save for perhaps a genuine hands-on with the finished product. Specsare also somewhat solid. As for pricing though, nothing concrete has been dug up until, arguably, now.
According to SamMobile:
For reference, at the current exchange rate this would be the equivalent of roughly $910, making it indeed the most expensive MSRP for the Note so far.
Also note the use of the word “start”, meaning that if the price was accurate, it would presumably increase from there. Reports have sought to indicatethere will be no 32GB variant, rather the entry model would see the inclusion of 64GB of on-board storage. If Samsung were to release 128GB or even a 256GB model, it would thereby increase pricing further.

There is, of course, a caveat to consider: Pricing in Europe typically include VAT which means the tax is already accounted for. Price points in the USA omit tax thus making things seem, by comparison, much cheaper. As we saw withthe Nexus 6P and 5x last yearhowever, things were noticeablemore expensive overseasfor a variety of reasons.
British customers might be particularly worried however, even if this is not the actual price, simply for the post-Brexit trend that can be seenstarting with the OnePlus 3.

SamMobile’s price leak is likely for the Edge-variant of the product, however there has been an ongoing debate as to if there will be a standard offering made available.
In terms of a spec round-up, the Galaxy Note 7 will have either a 5.7 or 5.8-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 821 or Exynos 8893 SoC, 6 GB of RAM, 64/128/256 GB of internal storage, microSD expansion, a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-pixel PDAF, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 3,600 mAh battery, iris scanner and the newGrace UXrunning on top ofAndroid 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
Recently however, rumors have been circulating that the Note 7 may only have 4GB of RAM, and a somewhat more stretched out one that there will be a 6-inch display variant released.
