July 11, 2025
ZTEhas picked the top five mobile device concepts that have been submitted for its Project CSX crowd-sourced program. The general public can now vote for which of these concepts they want to see become an actual consumer product.
ZTE first announced Project CSX (Crowd Sourced X) at CES 2016, and began takingdevice concept ideasfrom people from all over the world in August. The final five concepts range from the ordinary (a new stock Android smartphone) to the extraordinary (a powerglove that connects to your phone). Here are the finalists in the Project CSX program:

ZTE is taking votes on these product concepts from now until Wednesday, October 19. It says that the winning device concept, which it claims will be selected solely on the public vote, will be officially revealed at the end of October, and the product itself will be shown off in Las Vegas as part of the company’s CES 2017 device lineup.
Which ZTE device proposal is your favorite and why? Do you think ZTE will really decide to make a product like a powerglove if the public votes for it?
